Course overview

This advanced course prepares senior project and program management professionals for the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification examination, aligned with PMI's Standard for Program Management and five core performance domains. Course objectives

  • Establish and apply program governance structures including governance roles, practices, design, and interactions with other performance domains.
  • Manage the full program lifecycle across definition, delivery, and closure phases including program integration and activities management.
  • Apply PgMP exam tips, critical keywords, and mind map strategies to answer advanced scenario-based questions accurately and pass the exam on the first attempt.
