Sample reports

One engagement. Four documents. One dashboard.

Every sample below is generated live from one fictional organisation, Ufuq Digital Authority, through exactly the code that produces a client's report. Nothing is mocked up: what you open here is what you would receive.

Stage 1 - Department

Department report

Human Resources · Ufuq Digital Authority

The complete report one department receives: maturity on each pillar against the 4.00 AI Ready target, the gap heatmap, investment matrix and roadmap, regulatory readiness, and - because this department also ran the individual layer - a Workforce AI Readiness section showing how its people compare with its systems.

Stage 2 - Division

Division consolidation

Corporate Services over Human Resources and Finance

What a division engagement adds on top of its departments' own reports: the units ranked, every unit against every pillar with a profile radar and spread chart, the agenda matrix that sorts each pillar into central programme or practice transfer, a deep-dive page per pillar with division-level actions, workforce readiness across units, a twelve-month roadmap and pooled training.

Stage 3 - Enterprise

Enterprise consolidation

Ufuq Digital Authority over Corporate Services and Operations

The organisation-level view: divisions compared on the same scale, each division's score pooled from the departments beneath it, with a drill-down to every department so a board can see which division is carrying the number and which department inside it is dragging - then the same deep dives, agenda matrix, roadmap and training as the division consolidation, at enterprise level.

Individual layer

Individual report

One officer in Human Resources

Delivered to VIFM and the client for each person who completed the individual layer: the four AI-readiness factors with self-rated versus demonstrated sub-scores, strengths, sequenced development priorities, a 30/60/90-day plan, comparison against their unit and organisation, matched VIFM training, and a manager conversation guide.

Organisational dashboard

Ufuq Digital Authority - organisation to division to department to person

Click through the whole tree the way a consultant does in the portal: overall readiness, divisions ranked, every department against every pillar, the people who ran the individual layer, optional segments, and matched training. Same numbers as the reports above, with a language toggle on the page.

How the four fit together

A client usually starts with one department. That department's report is complete on its own. When a second department in the same division is assessed, the division consolidation compares them - which is the finding no single report can produce. Several divisions roll up the same way into the enterprise consolidation, where each division's number is pooled from its departments. The individual layer can be switched on for any department, in which case each person who completes it has their own report and the department report gains a workforce section. The dashboard opens the same tree interactively, from the organisation down to one person. Every document and the dashboard are rendered from the same scored data, so they never disagree.

Sample data. Ufuq Digital Authority is fictional; the respondents and their answers are seeded to illustrate the reports and are labelled as such on every page. Documents render on request and take a few seconds to open.
